Flash homepage for forums

I was asking if you guys need a flash homepage. Which include... Moving text. And when you put your cursor onto a tab. it will glow/move. If you want one ask me. I have no examples because ive deleted them. But i dont need the forum files for it. I will just make it and have it connect to this forums and the voting section or some other stuff you wanna include like a donation tab
